WAPDA is a state chapter of the National Private Duty Association (NPDA). The by-laws of the NPDA require membership in the national association in order to join a local chapter. For your convenience, just click the links for your membership applications: WAPDA Application and NPDA Application. Please print out the membership form (s) and return both the WAPDA application and NPDA application, if necessary.
