WAPDA is a state chapter of the National Private Duty Association (NPDA). The by-laws of the NPDA require membership in the national association in order to join a local chapter. For your convenience, just click the links for your membership applications: WAPDA Application and NPDA Application. Please print out the membership form (s) and return both the WAPDA application and NPDA application, if necessary. Mail your completed application(s) along with separate checks made out to WAPDA and NPDA to:
